The HR Specialist/Recruiter assists the HR team with a variety of HR life cycle initiatives and is specifically focused on recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities

Through direction of HRBP – Supervisor:
• Lead the recruiting function from start to finish, including posting ads, predictive index, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
• Act as point of contact for recruitment questions, schedule travel/interviews, and assist with onboarding
• Support with other recruiting and hiring activities (including contractors), internship programs, etc.
• Maintain job postings ATS, generate recruitment reports, and manage recruiting metrics
• Assist with design of recruiting, onboarding, and other processes
• Assist with the preparation of the performance review process, benefit open enrollment, and other HR initiatives as needed
• Continually search for ways to streamline HR processes, add efficiencies, and minimize paperwork
• Ensure employee record files are kept current and secured
• Other related activities as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Moderate experience with iCIMS or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
• General understanding and interest in Human Resources processes, practices, and regulations
• Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills /data management
• Strong verbal and written communication - strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential data discreetly and with a high level of professionalism
• Experience working in mid-size services company preferred

• Ability to climb and descend at least one flight of stairs multiple times per day
• Occasional need to lift up to 15 pounds SES

 

SES has multiple office locations, and the HR Specialist may be required to travel to various offices on occasion. Current frequent locations include Houston and Waller, TX
