Our team is growing! We are looking for a Sr. Office Manager to add to our team! We seek an experienced individual to manage our administrative staff and office functions at our Northwest Harris County Location. This is an in office position.

Responsibilities

The Senior Office Manager will report to the Sr. VP responsible for internal operations. The duties of this position are both diverse and dynamic. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to, the following tasks within key areas of SES’s operation:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of our administrative staff.
• Assist with the hiring and training of the administrative staff.
• Assist project managers with the development of project proposals, reports, and other project deliverables in a timely manner to ensure all client deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the Quality Management team to ensure all project documents follow our quality policies.
• Implement and maintain consistent quality of project documents including grammar, punctuation, and format.
• Communicate and interface openly and frequently, as required, with project managers and the rest of the project team.
• Manage reception area staff at the Northwest Harris County location including their schedules and front desk coverage in each building, as needed.

• Coordinate building needs with administrative and maintenance staff. Needs include, but are
not limited to, maintaining office supplies, cleaning/janitorial services, coffee service, office
repairs, and building security.
• Liaison with accounting, IT, safety, legal and training groups to support project teams and
management, as needed.
• Other administrative tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; an associate degree or equivalent is preferable
• Minimum 5 years in an administrative, document control, and/or accounting role
• Exceptional computer skills, including strong proficiency with MS Office suite
• Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic; well organized and able to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
• Cooperative, adaptive, and able to work effectively with a variety of work styles
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US
