Stress Engineering Services is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate marketing and communications. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and managing various marketing initiatives such as branding, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, trade shows, and events.

  • Develop high-quality, captivating written content for communication platforms including website copy, blog posts, brochures, email content, press releases, social media posts, and scripts.
  • Ensure company websites are regularly updated with compelling copy, visually appealing imagery, effective design, and optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Track and analyze website analytics.
  • Coordinate and oversee events, including selecting appropriate shows, designing booth/exhibit graphics, managing pre-show promotions and logistics, preparing event presentations and displays, creating marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms by generating engaging content (text, images, video), scheduling posts, fostering employee advocacy, analyzing performance, and providing detailed reports.
  • Generate photo and video content to enhance our brand storytelling efforts.
  • Provide graphic design support for marketing materials in both print and digital formats.
  • Design visually appealing and effective presentations and demonstrations for marketing purposes.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns for company events, news, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to produce persuasive marketing copy, design digital and print materials, and create dynamic content.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • 3+ years of related corporate marketing communications experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing and running social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and the understanding of social media metrics.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS and the ability to create / edit HTML for email and web.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEO best practices, and the ability to incorporate keywords into strategic content marketing practices. SEMrush experience a plus.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to optimize messaging
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
