    Stress Engineering Services Inc. is the premier provider of engineered solutions and professional engineering consulting services across all engineering disciplines, serving clients since 1972. Approximately 80% of current Stress Engineering Services business is repeat or direct referral. We take on some of industry’s most difficult problems, utilizing approximately 360 employees, including 215 engineers. We are looking for an Office Administrator (Operations) for our Mason, OH office.

     

    Responsibilities

    The Office Administrator (Operations) will be expected to serve as the primary contact for the project contract workload for the Cincinnati office, as well as supporting additional operations, quality, project management, and administrative staff with needs, as required. He / She will be reporting to the Quality Manager.

    Some of the expected duties of this role include the following: 

    • Contract Review Support (primary):
      • Project Services Agreements / Purchase Orders
      • Subcontractor / Vendor Agreements
    • Additional Support (as needed):
      • QA program administration and support, including procedures, templates, systems, and audits
      • Client interface and meeting support
      • Report, proposal, and other technical documentation generation
      • Support for proofing, editing and formatting of documentation for clarity, style, consistency, spelling, punctuation, and conformance with QA program
      • Other technical writing and content development assignments, as required
      • Other operations and administrative tasks, as required

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Exceptional computer skills, including strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong work ethic; able to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
    • Organized; able to work in a fast-paced environment using effective time management
    • Cooperative, adaptive and able to work effectively with a variety of work styles
    • Able to maintain confidentiality

    Preferred:

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent in paralegal studies
    • 5 years minimum in a corporate paralegal role
    • Contract review experience
    • Accounting experience
    • Superior business writing and proofing experience
