    We are seeking an engineer with hands on plant and/or offshore experience.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Implementation of control and measurements systems
    • Field visits to client facilities for installation and startup of systems
    • Includes performing duties as part of a 2-6 person crew
    • Preparation of complete documentation for a project including technical reports, manuals, drawings, and certifications 

    Qualifications

    Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, Mechanical or Electrical.
      • Must have strong electrical background.
      • A Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in manufacture and installation of equipment for plant and refinery applications
      • Experience with Data Acquisition Systems
      • Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and equivalent foreign standards for application in hazardous environments is essential
      • A successful candidate must be hands-on, self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
      • Must be willing to travel globally and work in a variety of environments including refineries, power plants, offshore platforms, and industrial shops
      • Must be able to obtain a passport without restrictions.

    Preferred:

      • Project Management Experience
      • Capable of becoming a registered professional engineer (P.E.)
      • 2-5 years industrial field experience
      • Knowledge of interface to Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
